Mental Wellness & Productive Living Workshop Held at Government Arts & Science College for Women

 A special workshop on Mental Wellness and Productive Living was organized at Government Arts and Science College for Women, Kodaikanal, on December 6, 2025. The program focused on guiding students toward healthier habits, emotional balance, and a more productive lifestyle.


The session featured Countin Yasai, Director of Unleash the Hero, who delivered an engaging and insightful talk based on the book “The Miracle Morning.” He explained the SAVERS principles Silence, Affirmations, Visualization, Exercise, Reading, and Scribing and discussed how following these morning practices can transform daily routines and overall mindset. His explanation of building consistent habits, improving self-discipline, and staying mentally organized was highly appreciated by the students.

Representatives from the Rotary Club  Dr. Kumaravel, Pavithra Ravindran, and Robin Vincent also addressed the gathering. They highlighted the importance of mental health awareness, positive thinking, and the need for students to maintain balance in their academic and personal life.

The event began with a welcome address by the Principal, Mrs. Baby Rani, who emphasized the relevance of mental wellness sessions in today’s educational environment. More than 150 students participated and expressed that the session inspired them to adopt better routines and approach their goals with a stronger mindset.

The workshop concluded with appreciation to all contributors for providing valuable guidance on emotional well-being and personal development

Christmas Celebration at CSI Rehabilitation Centre

The Rotary Club of Kodaikanal organized a Christmas celebration at the CSI Rehabilitation Centre, creating an atmosphere of joy and festive cheer for the children with disabilities residing at the centre. The celebration included several service contributions aimed at supporting the needs of the institution.            As part of the initiative, three name boards were sponsored, contributing to better identification and organization within the centre. In addition, sweaters were donated by the Club Secretary, Rtn. Robin, providing warmth and comfort to the children during the season.
